Welcome to PrivateLabelCandles.com, a division of Kaluz LLC. By accessing or placing an order through our website or working directly with our team, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

PrivateLabelCandles.com provides custom and private label candle manufacturing services. These terms govern your use of our site, services, and products. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Orders

All products are made to order based on the specifications provided and approved by the client.

  • All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate order details including scent selection, vessel, labeling information, and delivery instructions.

3. Artwork & Label Approval

Clients must review and approve all artwork, branding elements, and packaging proofs prior to production.
Once approval is submitted:

  • PrivateLabelCandles.com is not responsible for any errors, including typos, design flaws, or inaccurate label content.
  • Any changes requested after approval may incur additional fees or production delays.

4. Order Processing & Production Timeline

Production begins after payment is received and all required approvals are completed.

  • Lead times may vary depending on order volume, customization, and material availability.
  • Estimated timelines are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated once an order is ready to ship.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada.
  • PrivateLabelCandles.com is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.
  • Risk of loss passes to the client once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Damaged Goods

If products arrive damaged:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Claims must include clear photos of the outer shipping carton and the damaged product(s).
  • We will review and, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement.
  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be honored.

7. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment terms are specified on a per-client basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, product formulations, and materials provided by PrivateLabelCandles.com remain the intellectual property of Kaluz LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or resell our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrivateLabelCandles.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
