CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY:
- Orders for unlabeled or stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Custom or private label orders may be canceled within 48 hours of order placement only if production has not started. After production begins, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund due to the custom nature of the products.
CANCELLATION PROCESS:
- To request a cancellation, please email us at customerservice@privatelabelcandles.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:
- Custom-branded products, special orders, or any setup fees are non-refundable once production has begun or design proofs have been approved.
