Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or pallet freight, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.
Shipping is calculated at the time of order, but may vary at the time of shipment due to fluctuations in UPS and freight carrier rates. A final shipping invoice will be issued prior to dispatch if adjustments are necessary.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
For Canadian shipments, the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.

Clients are responsible for approving all artwork, labels, and packaging prior to production. If an approved design contains errors, we are not responsible once the products are produced and delivered.
